AGE JURISDICTION
Young and adventurous? Please remember one important detail: The minimum age allowed to stay in shared dorms is 18 years old. In private rooms, guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a family member or guardian (verifiable at check-in). We want to make sure they are safe and healthy.
LOCAL TAXES
Guests may be required to pay additional local taxes or other regulatory fees at check-in. Check, check, and check again!
OTHER GENERAL CONDITIONS
Smoking: Not allowed, a U$D 75.00 penalty will be charged to guests who do not comply with the regulations. It's not worth it!
Coolers: Not allowed at our Selina locations.
Food and Drink: If food is purchased off-site, it cannot be consumed in the common areas, with the exception of the shared kitchen.
Noise: Noise levels must be kept to a minimum in the guest room area after 11:00 pm.
Pets: not allowed at the hotel
Towels: Towels are included for the private rooms. There is a fee for the use of towels for guests staying in shared dormitories.
Luggage Hold Service: We have luggage storage available for a period of 24 hours at no additional charge. An additional fee of $5 must be paid per extra day per bag. This service is always subject to availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY
FLEXIBLE RESERVATIONS:
Free cancellation or modification up to 24 hours before your arrival date. If you cancel or modify your reservation later, or in case of no-show, the first night plus taxes will be charged.
NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS
The total amount of the stay is paid in advance by credit card at the moment the reservation is booked.
Non-refundable reservations are those made through early booking, minimum stay or any other type of promotions. Please note that non-refundable reservations require full payment of the account to reserve. Payment will be processed and debited from the authorized credit card. If the card is declined at the time of payment, the reservation may be cancelled. No refunds will be given for cancellations, no-shows or premature departures.
CHECK-IN POLICY
Check-In time is from 3:00 p.m. on the arrival date established on your reservation. (Early Check-In subject to availability with additional cost).
Check-In can be done UNTIL 11:00 a.m. the day after the arrival date established in your reservation. If you do not show up prior that time, the reservation will be considered "No show" and will be cancelled. No refunds will be made.
***If your rate is expressed in US dollars at the time of booking, it will be paid in Argentine pesos according to the exchange rate on the date of payment considering the reference selling exchange rate at the Banco de la Nación Argentina.***
