1. General Terms
By accessing or using The Grid Medellín's facilities, accommodations, and services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. The Grid reserves the right to update these policies at any time.
2. Membership & Club Access
2.1 Membership Eligibility & Application
- Membership is available to individuals and businesses subject to approval by The Grid Medellín.
- Members must be at least 21 years old.
- The Grid reserves the right to deny or revoke membership at its discretion.
2.2 Membership Fees & Cancellation
- Membership fees are billed monthly or annually and are non-refundable.
- Membership cancellations require a 30-day written notice.
- The Grid reserves the right to adjust membership fees with prior notice.
2.3 Member Conduct
- Members must adhere to professional and respectful behavior.
- Sharing membership benefits with non-members is not permitted.
- Any misuse of facilities or disruptive behavior may result in termination of membership.
3. Hotel & Accommodation Policies
3.1 Booking & Cancellation
- Reservations must be secured with a valid credit card.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full cost of the booking.
3.2 Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM.
- Late check-outs may be subject to additional fees.
- Valid identification is required at check-in.
3.3 Guest Conduct
- Guests must respect the comfort and privacy of other guests and members.
- Excessive noise or disruptive behavior is not permitted.
- The Grid reserves the right to refuse service to any guest violating these policies.
4. Facilities & Services

- Workspace areas are reserved for members and hotel guests.
- Meeting rooms must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

- External catering and alcohol services are not permitted without prior consent.
4.3 Wellness & Fitness Areas
- Use of wellness facilities is at the guest’s own risk.
- Proper attire and hygiene must be maintained in all wellness areas.
5. Payment & Liability

- All services must be paid in full before or at the time of use.
- The Grid accepts major credit cards and electronic payments.
5.2 Liability & Damages
- The Grid is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Guests and members are responsible for any damages caused to property.
- The Grid reserves the right to charge for damages or excessive cleaning fees.
