Qualifications

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and hospitality-driven General Manager (GM) to lead The Grid Club operations north and Latin America. As GM, you will be responsible for ensuring the Club delivers an exceptional, seamless, and inspiring experience for our members and guests. You will oversee all aspects of club operations—from hospitality and F&B to programming, community building, and strategic growth—while maintaining operational excellence and brand integrity.

Preferred

  1. Experience launching new venues, clubs, or hospitality concepts.
  2. Familiarity with co-working, startup, or members club ecosystems.
  3. Local market knowledge and network.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Experience

  1. Lead day-to-day operations of the Club, ensuring a premium experience across all touchpoints: hospitality, food & beverage, wellness, events, and workspaces.
  2. Maintain the highest service standards aligned with The Grid’s brand values of connection, focus, freedom, health, and fun.
  3. Ensure seamless check-in/check-out, concierge services, and problem resolution for members and guests.
  4. Collaborate with the design and facilities teams to maintain the aesthetic, functionality, and cleanliness of the space.

Community & Membership

  1. Cultivate a vibrant, inclusive community atmosphere that encourages connection and collaboration.
  2. Develop and execute member engagement strategies and programming, including events, speaker series, networking nights, wellness offerings, and cultural experiences.
  3. Act as the face of The Grid Club locally—building relationships with members, partners, and local influencers.

Team Leadership

  1. Recruit, train, and manage a multidisciplinary team including hospitality, concierge, operations, and event staff.
  2. Foster a strong internal culture of excellence, innovation, and guest-first mindset.
  3. Provide ongoing performance feedback and professional development opportunities.

Financial & Strategic Management

  1. Develop and manage Club budget and financial performance, including revenue, staffing, and operational costs.
  2. Drive membership acquisition, retention, and upsell opportunities through exceptional service and targeted initiatives.
  3. Support brand and business development goals, including local partnerships and sponsorships.
