About the Role

We’re looking for a visionary Director of Brand to lead and elevate our brand strategy, ensuring a cohesive and compelling identity across all touchpoints. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and culture—someone who can translate brand purpose into meaningful storytelling, design, and experiences that connect with diverse audiences on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Experience

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that reflects our mission, values, and growth objectives
  2. Lead the evolution and stewardship of the brand identity, voice, and visual systems across all channels and business units
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, and executive teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all consumer and partner-facing initiatives
  4. Oversee brand campaigns, content creation, partnerships, and activations that drive awareness, loyalty, and cultural relevance
  5. Guide internal brand education to ensure employees are aligned and inspired by our vision
  6. Analyze brand performance and audience insights to continuously refine and strengthen our positioning
  7. Manage and mentor a team of creatives, strategists, and external partners to produce best-in-class work

Nice to Have

  1. Experience in hospitality, entertainment, lifestyle, or technology sectors
  2. Global or multi-market brand experience
  3. Familiarity with creative tools, content platforms, and digital ecosystems

Qualifications

  1. 7+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or creative leadership roles
  2. Proven success in building and scaling brand presence across multiple markets and platforms
  3. Strong background in storytelling, design direction, and audience engagement
  4. Experience working with or leading cross-disciplinary teams in high-growth environments
  5. Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills
  6. Passion for culture, innovation, and making a meaningful impact
