FLEXIBLE RATES
The total amount of the reservation is due at check-in or may be charged up to 24h before check-in. If you cancel or change the reservation up to 24hrs (1 day) before arrival, the cancellation is free of charge. If you do not show up, the fee will be the total amount of the reservation.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATES
The total amount of the stay is paid in advance by credit card at the time of booking. If you cancel or change the reservation, or if you do not show up, the fee will be the total amount of the booking.
Traveling with minors
Minors are only allowed to stay when accompanied by a legal guardian, with an official document or notarized document and in a private room.

OTHER GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Smoking: Smoking is not permitted at Selina. If you break this rule, it will result in a fine of US$ 300. Not worth it!
- Food and beverages: If brought from outside Selina, food and beverages cannot be consumed in the common areas, with the exception of the common kitchen.
- Pets: Selina is pet-friendly! Pet owners are required to book private rooms, as pets are not allowed in dorms. There is also a fee of R$50 per pet, per night.
- Towels: For guests staying in dorms, a towel rental fee of R$20.00 will be charged. This deposit is non-refundable and the guest must return the towel upon check-out.
- Luggage: Luggage storage is available at the front desk and is free for 24 hours. There will be a charge of $5 per day. It is subject to availability.
- You can cancel your reservation free of charge within the first 4 hours after booking, regardless of the rate selected.
